I have an obsession with these 'Kit Cat Klocks' and love painting things.
The Kit-Cat Clock, now reimagined as Bob Belcher from Bob's Burgers, is a playful homage to the burger-slinging patriarch. His iconic mustache curves just above the clock’s familiar wide-eyed gaze, which shifts side to side in time with the pendulum tail. Dressed in a crisp white apron, the clock captures Bob’s endearing, slightly frazzled charm. To his right, an image of a cheeseburger, complete with a juicy patty and perfectly melted cheese, tempts with its cartoonish perfection. On the left, a miniature version of the “Burger of the Day” menu board displays a cleverly written pun, chalked in wobbly white lines for authenticity. The tail steals the show, adorned with a miniature Kuchi Kopi, painted neon green and dressed in Louise’s unmistakable pink bunny ears, swinging back and forth like it’s part of a whimsical kitchen ballet. This delightful piece blends humor, nostalgia, and artistry into a clock that would feel right at home in Bob’s chaotic, lovable burger joint.
