I have an obsession with these 'Kit Cat Klocks' and love painting things.
Perched on the wall, the quirky cat-shaped clock had been transformed into an unmistakable tribute to Quailman, the beloved cartoon superhero. Its feline body sported a hand-painted tan outfit, complete with Quailman’s signature "Q" emblazoned proudly on the chest. A vibrant red felt cape was secured to its back, cascading down dramatically, giving the clock a heroic flair. Wrapped snugly around its rounded cat ears and forehead was a brown felt “belt,” reimagined as Quailman’s iconic headgear. The pendulum tail swayed rhythmically, painted with a charming depiction of Quaildog, his loyal sidekick, complete with floppy ears and a confident grin. The clock's googly eyes darted back and forth with each tick, giving the whimsical creation a sense of perpetual motion and adventure.
